Privacy notice

This notice explains what CloudMobile (Pty) Ltd does with the information you give us on this website.

What we collect

When you use a guided request form or the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), business name (if you give one), how you'd like us to contact you, and your answers to the questions. We record that you ticked the box agreeing that we may contact you, and when.

Why we collect it

To read your request, contact you about it, and prepare advice or a quote. We do not charge you for anything because you sent a request.

Who sees it

The CloudMobile team handles your request. Request notifications are sent by email, so our email provider carries them. We do not sell your information.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@cloudmobile.co.za and quote your reference if you have one.
