Payment terms

All prices are quoted in rand (ZAR). A service is supplied according to the written scope, quote or plan agreed with CloudMobile (Pty) Ltd.

Once-off payments

Work may begin after the required payment or deposit has cleared and the scope is agreed in writing. Custom project pricing and milestones are confirmed in the quote.

Recurring services

Where a monthly subscription is offered, the amount and billing interval will be displayed before authorisation. By proceeding, the customer authorises recurring charges through PayFast according to the agreed plan. Any minimum term, renewal and cancellation conditions must be stated in the relevant quote or service agreement.

Payment confirmation

A browser redirect is not proof of payment. CloudMobile verifies payment notifications before recording an order as paid or activating a service.
