What we collect
When you use the enquiry form or the free website audit form, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number (optional), website address (audit form) and your message. We do not ask for identity numbers or payment details on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, or carry out your free website audit.
- To provide and manage the services you buy from us.
- To contact you about our services if you enquired with us or are our customer. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we stop sending as soon as you use it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. It is handled only by CloudMobile and by providers we use to run our business, such as our hosting and email systems, and it is disclosed if the law requires it. This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when you visit.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them for the purpose above or as the law requires, and we take reasonable steps to keep them secure.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us using it for marketing.
